Followers of MexicoPremiere know I have a long-standing love affair with Mazatlán and I’m back again for more, thanks to my amigos. Every year, the Mazatlan Hotel Association rolls out the red carpet for national and international wholesalers—and invite the media to see and enjoy everything that’s new and everything that’s still wonderfully unchanged about Mazatlán. I’ve only been here for a few hours, but I’m already in heaven. Thanks to the Hotel Playa Mazatlán for my lovely room (I already unpacked, so it’s kinda messy. I took a picture of my view instead!) Late lunch was a perfectly prepared chicken breast a la plancha with vegetables, rice and salad. Yum.
