Hard Rock International has announced that the Vallarta Palace in Nuevo Vallarta has been transformed into the new Hard Rock Hotel  Vallarta. Described by the company as “the ultimate all-inclusive,” the resort features luxury accommodations, including in-room double Jacuzzis; fine dining, top-shelf drinks, 24-hour room service, and live entertainment. Occidental Hotels & Resorts has re-opened the Occidental Grand Nuevo Vallarta after a $14 million renovation.
