OK, here’s an interesting point of view: this woman apparently worked in a Mexican brothel for a year, according to her, legally, with better pay than at a factory and with regular medical service. In my opinion, it still doesn’t take away from the actual fact that it’s prostitution, but at least it’s not the corner stuff at $10 a pop, so to speak, and the women seem to be more protected.
She calls for legalization in L.A., and wonders what the headlines, if any, would have read if Spitzer had walked into her “office” instead.
